Once you have submitted your registration, please make payment arrangements via a check (made out to "Sukkot In-Tents), money order or make a credit card payment using PayPal. If possible, using Paypal to send a direct payment from your account is much better than using a credit card, as we are charged 4% for the total.

You should be able to fill in the form through Adobe Acrobat and submit it through your email application. You may, also, mail the completed registration form back to us by following the directions provided in the file.
